Johnson & Johnson / Environmental Branding, Design, and Strategy for Events and Workplaces

Role: Director of Environments and Spatial Experience Design

At J&J Design, we aim to improve the health, well-being, and experiences of all who use our products and services. The Spatial Design Team is composed of multi-disciplinary designers who conceptualize, design, and install meaningful branded and spatial experiences throughout J&J’s event spaces, offices, and labs, from concept through construction and installation.

As the Director of the team, I led the Creative Direction and output, as well as team growth and development, business development, and group profitability, with 21% YOY portfolio growth. Additionally, I oversaw project management, budgeting and tracking, staffing and resource management, and quality control.
